Instructions for online submission of Application
1. The Convocation is being organized on 14 March 2026. Only those students who have successfully passed out in the following batches will be awarded Degrees/Gold Medals during this Convocation.

2.
Eligible
students must register online through the University website within the
prescribed time. No offline applications will be accepted. The last date for
online registration is 17.02.2026 (12:00 midnight). Applications received after
the due date will not be entertained.
3.
All
participants are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₹500/-. The
fee, once deposited, shall not be refunded under any circumstances, even if the
candidate does not attend the Convocation.
4.
Registration
will be considered complete only after successful fee payment and submission of
the online form.
5.
Attendance
at the rehearsal scheduled on 13.03.2026 is mandatory.
No participant will be allowed to attend the Convocation ceremony without
attending the rehearsal.
6.
Students
are required to report at the rehearsal venue at the specified time (to be
notified separately). Late reporting may lead to disqualification from
participation.
7.
Students
must bring the following documents at the time of rehearsal:
(a)
Original Aadhaar Card along with one photocopy
(b)
Copy of the online registration/payment receipt
(c)
Two recent coloured passport-size photographs
8.
The
students must attend the convocation in the prescribed attire, that will be
notified on the University website well in advance.
9.
Students
must occupy their allotted seats as per instructions given during the rehearsal
and strictly follow the seating arrangements on the day of Convocation.
10. Entry to the Convocation venue
will be allowed only on production of valid identity proof and Convocation
entry pass, issued after successful registration.
11. Guests/parents may be allowed
entry only if specifically permitted by the University and subject to
availability of seating.
12. The University reserves the right
to verify the eligibility of any candidate at any stage. Registration does not
automatically guarantee the award of degree if discrepancies are found.
13. Students are expected to maintain
discipline and decorum throughout the rehearsal and Convocation ceremony. Any
misconduct may result in cancellation of participation.
14. Please ensure to keep the
following items handy before starting to fill the registration form.

The
scanned identity proof documents (size: 100-1000 kb).
o
Scanned
signature in JPG format (size: 20-200 kb).
o
Scanned
clear recent passport size coloured photograph (size: 520-1000 kb).
15. The University reserves the right
to make changes to the Convocation schedule or instructions, if required. All
updates will be notified on the University website.
16. For any queries related to
registration or Convocation, students may contact their concerned
department/the office of the Controller of Examinations of the University
during working hours or visit the University website.
